Our area of expertise lies in custom homes that are within the range of 3,000 to 15,000 square feet, along with extensive renovations and additions of comparable square footage. Our company thrives on undertaking projects that allow us to seamlessly handle the design process, including the design of the home, interior design plan, landscape design, and furnishing. This enables us to create a bespoke and opulent environment that is tailored to our clients’ lifestyle.

Each project is unique in terms of infrastructure, structure, and design, and comes with varying levels of intricacy and attention to detail. In light of this, our services are most suited for projects with construction costs starting from $750,000 and above. This price point typically indicates that the project is of a significant scale in today’s market.

The design process for each project varies based on several factors, such as the shape of the lot, natural elements like trees and topography, and the zoning by-laws relevant to the proposed development. Typically, the design phase takes between 4-8 months on average, taking into account the aforementioned factors. In the later stages of the initial design submission process, interior design and other planning activities will be carried out simultaneously.

For a standard custom home measuring between 3,000 to 3,500 square feet, the construction phase typically takes around 8-11 months to complete. However, several factors can affect this timeline, and we can provide more precise estimates once we have completed the design and interior design work.

To provide a comprehensive pricing and process overview, we conduct a feasibility study that typically involves a one-hour meeting. During this meeting, we will review the design, interior design, and construction pricing and processes, along with design examples for each phase. We can offer this level of detail for projects we believe are suitable for this initial step due to our in-house resources and extensive experience.
